You are just moments away from registering for the 85th Anniversary Community Mission to Israel – A Sherry Rose Mission.  The exhilarating & unique experiences awaiting you, will make this the trip of a lifetime.  We are so happy to have you join us!

Before you begin, please note that you will be asked to provide the following mandatory*   pieces of information. We recommend gathering the information in advance of beginning the application.

Please note that if you are traveling with a spouse/companion, you will be asked to complete the below information for each participant separately using a different e-mail address for each.

The online registration allows each participant to register one time. If you are currently missing information that is NOT mandatory, or, have a future change in your plans, you will be able to e-mail your requests to Sandy Davis at the Federation.

*Mandatory items

The registration will ask you for the following items:

  1. Personal information*
    a. Passport information
    b. Dietary restrictions
    c. Medical information
    d. Optional: short bio file
  2. Travel information
  3. Your choices for special interest tracks*(first and second choices in order of preference)
  4. Your choice for Yad Vashem guided tours*
  5.  Requests for additional cost items (e.g. optional activities)
  6. Request for accommodation upgrades
  7.  Pre-and-post mission arrangements in Israel (accommodations, extension packages, airport transportation and services)

Upon completion of the application you will see a review of your balance with the detailed breakdown. You will be asked to pay a deposit of $500 per each registered participantYou will not be asked to submit payment at this time. You will receive your final bill for the mission by email on January 31, 2020. Please note that you must be paid in full by February 14, 2020. In case you will have further requests and/or changes to your application the final bill will reflect the cost adjustments.

COST: Land Only Cost is $1999 per person for double occupancy; Additional Cost of $1,600 for single occupancy. Optional Post-Mission Trip to Petra – April 30-May 2 at Additional Cost.  This includes five-star accommodations, most meals, festive dinners, all mega events, transportation in air-conditioned motor coaches with top Israeli tour guides, taxes and transfers with group or on first and last day of Israel mission.

The Sherry Rose Memorial Mission Fund of RJF and the Jewish Community Federation of Richmond are providing a substantial subsidy for the cost of this mission. During the registration, you will have the option to decline the subsidy, which enable us to deploy those resources to maximize our impact in the community.

All participants will be given the opportunity to support the community through the annual campaign of the Jewish Community Federation of Richmond.
